I chose Gavin after doing research on who I believed was the best agent in Pakenham. Gavin did not disappoint in any area of our dealings. He was extremely prompt in organising the initial meeting, he was prepared to come to the property immediately. He was always on time for meetings, always delivered what he promised and always had a quick answer for my concerns. He is extremely knowledgeable about all areas of his business, not just sales. For example, Gavin knows the conveyancing process extremely well, including full understanding of production of Contracts and Vendor Statements. He understands how the local council works and is very accurate with forecasting how the local area is performing. Gavin suggested some new and innovative ideas to help me in my sale including going to auction and using a furniture Styling company. These ideas were initially outside my comfort zone, however he explained patiently and thoroughly and made me feel comfortable. He did not disappoint and I was totally satisfied with my result. My wish list was that my property would; sell prior to auction and with a short settlement period. Both these criteria were achieved. I cannot recommend Gavin highly enough and I have bought and sold many properties so I have a great deal of experience in this area.

Gavin had a great in depth understanding of the local market... why I believe the house was a little underpriced as advertised I believe he carried out a great campaign for his vendor and achieved the best price he could. After all he works for the vendor and not for the buyer.... being the buyer I learnt that Gavin has a great understanding of the local area and is capable of supporting us moving forward with the purchasing of more investments in the area. Gavin showed knowledge, understanding and insight which is more than I can say for many others... I would recommend Gavin if you are selling your house as he is a good agent and can drum up great interest in your property! I know that in years to come the high price I paid will be worth it and that’s how property works! It goes to whoever is willing to pay the most at the time and that price depends on how many people are bidding! I am not a fan of in room auction for vendors sake...
