Pleasant and understanding

Gavin, was very good to deal with. He was pleasant and listened to my requests as a buyer and was always available when need and kept the communication lines open to enable me to buy the house. I have walked away in the past if I find the agent rude or unpleasant and refuse to buy a house due to an agent been rude. I enjoyed working with Gavin in the purchase of my new home, and have asked him to assist my daughter with buying a house. Would highly recommend him to others. Laurel
