Gavin was professional and personable from the moment we met him. He had done his homework before we met which gave us confidence in his interest in the property. He gave us good direction in how to make the house look at its best and gave us access to a stylist who we found to be sensible as well as knowledgeable. Prior to the house going on the market and during the time it was open for inspection, Gavin communicated well with us, explained the process clearly and answering any questions we had. On the day of the auction he and his staff were supportive. He was also a good auctioneer. In regard to asking price, he didn't promise the world but delivered more than the market was indicating was a good price.
