Having had Gav sell my house in Googong and achieve an outstanding sale price, I was very happy to find a property listed by White Rhino that was within budget and still in Googong. I'd spent months looking at houses listed by other agents in Canberra and Queanbeyan, and very few have the market knowledge that Gav has. Many of the other agents won't even list a price or price range, and when asked what they expect the house to sell for, they either don't have an answer or ask the potential purchaser what they think the house will sell for. I am reliably informed that selling your home is the 2nd most stressful experience to endure, only preceded by divorce. Before putting our home on the market, I researched the local Agents who could meet our expectations, particularly regarding the intimate knowledge of the market but also to be able to provide timely advice to us, as the Vendors.
