Living 6 hrs away from Googong it was a little stressful trying to find the perfect house (especially considering we only had 2 months to find the one). Gav and Bel were super helpful, friendly and well informed of the area. They were always available for a chat and were able to accommodate to my schedule for viewings and whatnot. They showed us through a few houses before they hit the market. This was super exciting and showed us that they cared and took our desire t purchase a property seriously. We found our perfect home and they were nothing but super helpful and kind. This was the first home we have ever purchased (which is very daunting)!! I am sure I asked a lot of silly questions but they answered them all and definitely did not make me feel like a fool. After the purchase was made I contacted Bel a few times with specifics about the house (as I was 6 hours away). She always chased up what I was after and in a timely manner. I would recommend Gav and Bel to anyone interested in the Googong area. They are really lovely professionals.
