From start to end, Gavin did a fantastic job. He took us through the current market, giving us a feel for where our property might sit within that space. What we appreciated most was the weekly reports and updates on the campaign from Gavin. Being able to see feedback on the property, and get a feel for how the campaign was going was excellent. As the campaign progressed we gained better feeling of where the market was at, and this helped us to walk into the day of Auction prepared and with realistic views of how the auction might progress. On the day of sale, Gavin was in his prime, setting up the pre auction inspections, liaising with the auctioneer, liaising with us, and facilitating with the prospective buyers. Gavin has made the sale of our biggest investment a smooth process, and this is a real credit to him.

Gavin, was upfront and honest before he got the job of selling for us, he spent time giving us good sound advise as we proceeded to buy out of area.
