The good thing about him is that he will treat your purchase as his own and guide you in the right direction. If I am buying or selling any property in the future, he is my agent.

The process of purchasing Real Estate can be draining and taxing for even seasoned purchasers thus it was very pleasing to have come across Gavy Khangura. He brings a holistic approach to the profession that puts all parties at ease with open, transparent and honest dialogue at every step of the buy and sell process. When combined with his attention to detail, commitment to due process, patience and exceptional interpersonal skills, a positive outcome for all participants is assured. I do not normally give a perfect score on any reviews but my experience dictates that I do just that. The aforementioned professional attributes are an exception rather than the rule in his industry.
