Gaylene has been absolutely brilliant in selling our home. To be honest, I doubted that we could achieve the amount that we were told during the appraisals stage, however, Gaylene delivered with no trouble at all. Awesome. Will certainly be using again in the future.

Gaylene helped us so much with the purchase of our house. With her friendly nature, nothing was too much trouble and she answered all our questions with patience and knowledge. As first home buyers we didn't have alot of experience with what to expect but Gaylene guided us through and made the whole process so much easier.

Gaylene was such a help finding us our new family home! She is very professional and friendly and made the whole experience a good one!!

I have used Gaylene as my agent for a few houses. She is easy to get on with, works hard and does what she says she will. The most recent time blew me away with the price she got. Any time I am in the real estate market she will be my agent.

I've just sold my house in Heathridge. I had already spoken to Gaylene a few years before to get an appraisal but wasn't quite ready to sell back then. I had heard of Gaylene's excellent reputation through others and she knows the area better than anyone so it was a no brainer to contact her again when I was ready to sell. She made the process of selling my place so easy and was very professional through out the whole deal. I have no hesitation recommending her services to anyone else thinking of selling as she exceeded my expectations with the end result, one very happy customer 😊 Thanks Gaylene.

sold me a house with a defect - did not disclose the defect.

Gaylene has been guiding me over the past couple of years with regard to selling my property. Advice has always been given with my best interests in mind, regarding timing and sale value potential. This has now resulted in an excellent outcome with my property sold.

Gaylenne helped me through a very difficult time, when selling the house. Very understanding and proffesional. Thankyou

Gaylene was pleasant and helpful from before we signed up and throughout the process. She gave us good advice at the same time as listening to our input. The sale was quick and efficient.

Dealing with Gaylene has been an easy, pleasant experience. She is the leading agent in the Heathridge area, with market knowledge second to none. She is professional and goes out of her way to be helpful. Thank you Gaylene!!
