After trying to sell privately around for a couple of months, my wife and I decided to sell our first home through Gaylene and her associate Muireann, and we couldn't have been any happier. In a time when the market was a little uncertain, Gaylene was very positive and honest, and was able to sell our home for a reasonable and fair price which was what we were after! While we found other agents quite pushy and blunt, Gaylene was very friendly and at no stage did we feel pressured into pressing for a certain price or accepting offers that we weren't happy with. It made the selling process a whole lot easier and we wouldn't hesitate to use her again. I have since caught up for coffee with Gaylene and her associate Muireann, who were more than happy to have a chat about the current market trends and where they see the market going. Very friendly and honest, and helped make the process quite comfortable!
Gaylene was professional at all times. She listened to our needs and was confident that she could attain our asking price. She kept us updated after each home open. Then later in the week an update following her follow up phone calls to those who had been at the home open. Taking into account that the housing market went soft after our house was placed put up for sale, Gaylene & Muireann remained very positive keeping us informed and updated; and ultimately selling our house to enable us to get the house we wanted. The only negative element was that we were disappointed on how the photos, that were used for marketing, turned out. We understand there were a factors involved, but looking through other properties on the Peard website we believe they should have been better. That minor element aside, we have been quite happy with the effort Gaylene & Muireann put into helping us through the process. They both were very helpful, friendly and honest. There was a few times where communication was poor as we had requests for information from one agent that we had already discussed or passed on to Gaylene. The pressure to present our approved finance was rather stressful as we had a date on the contract when it was to be presented by. We were receiving calls weeks in advance to come up with the approved finance. As first home buyers this created un warranted stress and frustrations. But once we had spoken to Gaylene she reassured us both that if we have any questions or stresses to contact her and she would help, which she did. Gaylene was fantastic to deal with. After obviously shopping around and meeting other agents you can see why she is as successful as she is and why everyone recommends her. Gaylene really takes pride in her job and you can tell she enjoys it. Always is happy and pleasant when ever you need her. Thank you for all your help and for being such a pleasure to deal with.

I first met Gaylene through her weekly realestate home opens in Thursdays emails...She was selling a house in Heathridge which at that time I saw it on the net, wasnt open, it was "coming soon"... So I contacted her to check it out and found her very accommodating and helpful in every way and went out of her way to to meet my negotiations and needs..Of course I put in an offer for the Heathridge home and it was accepted... but then it came for me to sell may home in 5 Grant St. Duncraig and I checked out agents who specialised in that area just like Gaylene specialising in Heathridge... but as I was so happy with the way she conducted the sale of Heathridge I thought to give her a go at selling my place in Duncraig and to my surprise an offer was put in on the first Home open..It was way below what I was hoping for but Gaylene's great negotiation skill with the client who desparately wanted my home came to the party on the 2nd home open... I just want to add that Gaylene treats her clients whether buying or selling as though theyre her own family, she has a very compassionate heart and wants the best for both parties.. Her assistant Murianne is also a gem and working with Gaylene she also does her utmost to meet the needs of both clients, buyers and sellers. What struck me with Gaylene she was never pushy or trying to sell herself, she worked in the interest of her buyer and seller... I would have NO hesitation to recommend Gaylene to anyone, she is trustworthy and will do her utmost to get her clients the best price in todays market..so... give her call, she'd love to hear from you...
