It is unfortunate that Gaylene did not disclose important information regarding our property and neighbor, which has resulted in financial challenges for us in addressing an issue that should have been managed by the previous owners. Gaylene did not fulfill her duty of care in this situation. Additionally, when we sought assistance from the agency, we were dismissed. As first-time homebuyers, we feel that our interests were not prioritized by either Gaylene or the previous owner, whose focus appeared to be on a quick sale amidst escalating circumstances.
