It was our second time with Gaylene and I can't recommend her enough...it was an emotional sale and Gaylene was understanding , professional , compassionate and very patient .....her knowledge and communication was outstanding ....and she has a great sense of humour to go with it...from start to finish she was a pure delight to deal with and was always on the ball with everything .....we we're truly grateful for her service , kindness and would have no hesitation in using her again in the future ...x
