Communication was lacking and there were misleading expectations about the price during agreement signing . If you are comfortable selling for 10% less than the initial estimated price, this agent may be suitable. Based on my experience, won’t recommend for selling property.

We have been talking with Frankie two months before we put the property on market. Frankie has great communication, good advice, actions are consistent with what he says. On the auction day aswel, everything was so organised, went really well, although we had some nerves before we became relieved about how smooth it went. He has an absolutely brilliant team, We have dealt with Mario. Lot of good decisions ended up in smooth sale, happy with the timely result.
Frankie waited until tenant moved out to assess maintenance issues instead of been done prior to tenant vacating so issues could have been fixed straight away. This delayed the Sale by weeks. Very poor communication throughout entire process. Price estimate was unrealistic from the beginning and final result fell short of initial price evaluation. At the auction he was chewing gum until I asked him to remove it. It looked very unprofessional. Luckily the auctioneer was brilliant and got us a result we could accept although fell short of initial expectations advised to us.
