Excellent correspondence. Living in a different state and the tenants leaving the house in a complete mess. Nikki and her team were so helpful in assisting with rubbish removal, repairs and bond clean. The professionalism was second to none. Seamless from start to finish and extremely patient throughout, whilst waiting for it to be ready to put on the market. Once the pictures were published and the write up done, it sold in no time at all. This agent is by far the best I have ever dealt with. Don't bother with the over priced large companies who don't care. Nikki and her team are a must.
