Tough start due to the timing of the sale being Christmas time but really happy with the end result! Gem was GREAT! Gem was professional, respectful listened and kept us well informed. Gem was well presented and easy going. In a very competitive landscape he did well compared to other sales agents. The negotiation skill I rated 4 stars, as we simply didn't have the chance to really put these to the test give the swiftness of the transaction. A good price, when the market was beginning to go soft and during the middle of December no less. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Gem again.
