My son was the owner of above property and we bought this property through Joe (N G Farah) and subsequently successfully sold by Joe and Gem last month. We handed over the above property to Gem & Joe to organise coordination in between the buyer and seller and other activities. We found that your Mr Gem Basol is a soft spoken, well-trained, excellent customer service provider, planner and organiser. Not only that, he is also very energetic in meeting the buyers and sellers to convince them with their queries. We personally are very much impressed with his work attitude and professionalism and would not hesitate to mention that Gem is an asset for N G Farah.
