From the very beginning we had a positive experience with Gemma, she was very informative, knowledgeable and had answers to all of our questions. She carried this same great service throughout our whole experience, even being unbelievably accommodating when our schedules were difficult to arrange appropriate times she was always willing to help and be flexible.
