Being a complete novice in the property game I needed someone to guide, teach and complete understanding of the property environment, acutely aware of the local market, and buyers. While being completely fair to me as a vendor, but also buyers as customers. I have learnt a lot, and ever so grateful for the meticulous preparation of our campaign, quick thinking taking the campaign to suit changing conditions during our time on the market, determination chasing down every lead again and again, landing us a great result we did not expect to be able to achieve, and importantly allowing me to pursue my next adventure. What you want as a seller or buyer is a high performance team, delivering a great experience. Gemma leads that team.
