Gene came over as a genuinely friendly person aware of the local real estate market. He could be relied on to do as he said and negotiations for the sale of our home, which sold very quickly, were handled well by Gene. He was very helpful approaching the purchaser on our behalf with our enquiries regarding selling some of the contents of our property. Apart from this contact regarding sale of contents we were a little disappointed that once the house sale was negotiated he did not visit or contact us again until after we had moved out. We would use Gene again and recommend him ofen.
