An amazing experience buying first home!

This was my very first experience in the property market. I was not even actively looking for a home and I was blown away by the care and consideration Gene gave me throughout the process. I was kept up to speed at every point. Both the seller and myself were looked after so brilliantly by gene and his team. Gene showed me the property twice - enthusiastically- and helped me understand all the great assets the property had. The process was fair, seemless and I was able to (with a few ups and downs with competitors) purchase my first dream home - as a single mother with two children- and feel that it is perfect for us. Gene had an in depth knowledge of the area in which I bought, he knew exact pricing on similar properties having sold many around my own. He was able to give the home a rental appraisal very quickly and dealt with all aspects of buying the property in a short space of time.
