Gennie helped the reviewer sell this property

Professional Team Work

Gennie Cox and colleague Judy Blore displayed a genuine interest in the unique qualities of our property. They listened well to our plans and expectations for sale. We were able to review with them current market trends and develop a suitable market strategy. We highly commend their friendly communication and negotiation skills; tracking phone calls and emails. Their team work and commitment, alongside market experience delivered very pleasing results for the sale of our property. We were able to secure an agreed price in less than one week. We highly recommend both agents.
