We sold our unit in Narrabeen with Geoff and the team from LJ Hooker. We saw a few agents first and decided to go with Geoff, partially because of his experience but also he seemed a nice, genuine guy. We were not disappointed. Geoff organised the trades such as painting, new carpet and electrical work to fix up the unit appropriately to show it in a good light with minimal fuss from us. The campaign was extremely well managed and he kept us well informed at all stages. He provided lots of information in terms of insights from RealEstate.com and Domain advertisements, as well as open house inspections however his subjective, common sense appraisals throughout without any sugar coating was key to us. We were selling into a difficult market that had a downturn from the late 2021 heat. We watched auctions being cancelled from competitors left, right and center as there was not enough interest. We did get an offer before the auction and Geoff recommended not to accept and continue to auction which was wise as we did get a higher price. In the circumstances we were very happy with all that Geoff did, his overall campaign, feedback to us, great service, help from his lovely wife and son when needed and the final result. Apart from that he is just a nice guy. Highly recommend Geoff
