My 1st & only choice

After making the decision to sell my property I had a list of agents in the area to approach to assist me with the task. The daunting part was which agent to choose & for some reason or another without even thinking something had been telling me to go to LJ hooker Narrabeen first of all.So this is what I did & couldn't of been happier with my choice as right from the word go the staff were friendly, attentive, happy. I was introduced to Geoff whom also was the same & conducted himself in a professional manner was honest with his answers to any concerns & questions & so were his opinions & advice in relation to the market at the time in the area. He was prompt with his valuation, was happy to listen to my expectations regarding the sale & once the sale got under way all of the necessary steps had been taken care of to gain maximum exposure by means of advertising & photos arranged by Geoff in his advertising campaign. The sale took only 3 weeks thanks to Geoff & his team and throughout the whole for sale period I was constantly given feedback about open days,any concerns I had brought up were addressed immediately & when asking for his advise Geoff was always happy to help. Overall I couldn't of been happier with the service Geoff & his team mainly Claudia his sales assistant for all their hard work they put in to achieve a positive result in a short time.
