Although Geoff represented the vendor, we felt comfortable talking to Geoff about the purchase of the property. He provided us with good objective information about the property without trying to do a hard sell, as well as good local market information (we talked to other parties as well). He kept us up-to-date with the sales process, and was very cooperative both pre- and post sale in arranging visits and other requests that we had. In the end I believe both parties were happy with the outcome though a fair and open facilitation process by Geoff.
