I'm very happy with the service Geoff provided during the purchase. Purchasing a house is a big decision for anybody. It is also full of uncertainty, you want the agent to give you honest information whenever you have questions. I know it sounds demanding but Geoff did it. He is very responsive to clients' requests and also honest. In my case, at 4pm my mortgage broker called me for a document and if I cannot provide it before 5pm I'll not get my mortgage pre-approval before the auction. I called Geoff and he send me the document just in time.
