Geoff and his team at Belle Killara did an excellent job achieving the sale of a valuable ($3M) property, which nonetheless had a number of significant constraints. Firstly the heritage listing, second a major re development going on literally next door, and probably most importantly our desire to have a twelve month settlement due to our son having to finish his HSC in the area. The property was sold in regulation time, met our goal re value and I believe we also have a happy buyer who is getting a quality property without having to live through the construction !
