Brought my house of Geoff in December 1999 and he’s stand was the same as it was now-as he sold the place. That stand is being honest genuine and transparent ! Although we want the best price for property personally I feel it’s important that both buyer and seller are fair to each other. Especially living in small communities but yet also in a fair world.
