Geoff provided us with good information on the market and a realistic price range for the sale of our property. As I had already relocated to Rockhampton with my new job, Geoff provided great support to my wife to get the property ready for display and marketing and running the many open houses. He always provided us with good feedback on potential buyers offers / comments etc - and gave us good advice on what to do next when certain offers fell through (buyers couldn't sell their property etc) - and if offers were reasonable or not. Geoff was very easy to deal with, supportive of our specific needs and eventually got us a suitable price and settlement under some frustrating circumstances at times. Geoff sold my partner and I our first home. We had no idea what the process was and the idea of a house contract seemed very overwhelming. Geoff walked us through every aspect VERY patiently, explained our contract in language we could understand. Geoff has fantastic communication skills, he constantly kept us updated via email and phone and despite our brand new house already on the market for a reasonable price, he negotiated further, and we were very grateful. Geoff works and lives in Ipswich so he knows the local market very well. We will definitely return to Geoff to sell our house when we are ready to move on.
