I have let my Dee Why house through Doyle Spillane and seriously considered using Doyle Spillane for the subsequent sale of that house. Geoff Harris informed me when the above property came on the market. His communication and returning my emails or calls is definitely his strong point. I cannot really rate his negotiating skills as I just paid the asking price but I am sure he would have been very tenacious if the scenario was different.
