Whilst I understand that agents work primarily for the vendor, Geoff is a true professional who also seems to derive great satisfaction from matching the property to the buyer. I was purchasing my first property in Australia and as such had a great deal to learn. Geoff was available, helpful and spelled out my options, walking me through an intimidating process and being available to answer my questions (and repeat himself numerous times!) . Geoff wears two hats as both an agent and as the Director of his agency; it is clear to me he has achieved this through his excellent reputation and professionalism throughout his career. In this capacity, he talked me through another property on the agency's books with another agent, without bias. I believe he knew I would buy the one I did but let me reach the decision by myself. He is kind, patient and honest and has renewed my faith in the real estate profession. If I am ever to sell (unlikely!) I will be calling Geoff first.

Couldn't recommend Geoff highly enough, he was able to negotiate full asking price before the Ist open for inspection and then communicated quickly and effectively throughout the whole process.
