I was very impressed with Geoff and Cooper's attitude on behalf of the seller. My son and I were given easy access to the property on several occasions when requested and provided with immediate answers to any queries made. My son and I were also impressed with their honesty regarding the termite 'drama', being made aware of the situation and what had been done by the owner. I have already had an inspection under the owner's contract - "All clear".
As a first home buyer, I was quite nervous and had alot of questions - but Geoff was extremely patient and responded quickly to calls, even after hours. The property had been leased to the Defence Housing Authority, and as I could not be there in person to handle the end of lease handover arrangements these tasks were accepted and any challenges ably handled by Geoff. Upon leaving an inspection of a house which proved unsuitable, rather than let us walk away he asked all the questions any good real estate agent should ask… this lead to him organising a last minute viewing of a new property which was about to go on the market.
