Geoff made the selling experience a totally different one to that which I had thought it would be. I had deferred it a number of times with the "too hard" excuse. From the moment Geoff arrived to inspect the property, I knew I had the right person to sell for me. His appraisal indicated he knew exactly what it would take for a successful, stress free sale. And that is exactly what he achieved. His clear,precise explanation of the selling processes available, his obvious knowledge of the area and the type of buyer we needed, along with his promise that he would do all the work and leave me to "just start packing" was very reassuring at that stage. I took him at his word, and he delivered. I believe Geoff is the "go to" agent for any real estate transaction in Toowoomba.

From day 1, Geoff Martin explained the entire process and told us he would be there with us during the entire process. He kept his word, he did stay with us and was there whenever we needed his advice and always kept us informed as to what he was doing. It was evident that 'meeting the client's needs' is import to Geoff and he will go out of his way to help, in what can be a difficult time for a seller and the entire family. We would highly recommend Geoff to anyone wanting the best possible agent for their property.

Jana & I are wrapped to be in our first house thanks to Geoff Martin at Raine & Horne Toowoomba. We First met Geoff in 2016 at the very first open home that we inspected in the Toowoomba North Market, which now looking back at it was over 2 years ago. Reflecting on our first opinions of Geoff was that of a positive reflection, Jana & I had assumed that like every type of salesman out there he would "jump down our necks" so to speak and give us the hard-ball as soon as we hit the property, however we did appreciate that he let us assess the property at that stage in Sidney Street, North Toowoomba at our own leisure and have a conversation between ourselves before working in a conversation about where we work, what we do and what we are looking for, we left not thinking much more of that experience, simply, "that wasn't all it was hyped up to be" (a sales driven marketing meeting in a strangers house) after which we exchanged details and received a call the following Monday to check on what we thought about the property, price point and location. We had looked almost every weekend for 2 years at properties and would run into Geoff from time to time. On the journey to purchasing our first property when we would see Geoff, he would say, "still looking" which was always an good giggle for me to have with myself as i was also in disbelief on the time it took us to finally secure something we loved. Finally in November this year we settled on a property in North Toowoomba where we began our initial search over 2 yrs ago with the first real-estate agent we Met. We negotiated on a happy price point to my understanding for the seller and the buyer and the settlement was a smooth as it could be, and even though our property was at the lower end of the $200K purchase price we still received a bottle of Champagne and a kind letter from Geoff. Geoff gave us very good service, was prompt in responding to our requests, negotiated very quickly and well with the vendor to conclude the purchase. When there were a few problems just prior to settlement, he took control, arranging for those problems to be fixed to our great satisfaction. We felt that Geoff went beyond the call of duty, and we appreciated that very much.

Geoff sold our property within a very short period of time. Always communicating and we achieved a fair market price. Thankfully, it was great dealing with a pragmatic agent who was completely in tune with market forces and not someone who just says 'I'll get you the highest price'. Highly recommended
