As newbies to the auction scene, we were very cautious. No need to mention that there is a lot on the line and there is a finality to it all. I’m glad to announce that we came through the process unscathed and were the successful bidders. The process as a whole was painless, which is in no small part due to Geoff. Geoff was there to provide information and guidance throughout the process, which needless to say we found invaluable. If you’re an auction newbie, you’d be hard pressed to go past Geoff.
