Geoff and Vin Quirk checked on the zoning situation of my rural property and approached some potential buyers to gauge their interest. This stage , setting the scene was helpful. I first met the agent at an open for inspection . He was very friendly and polite. He went through the property with me while answering all my questions while explaining a bit of the history of the property . I felt at ease and as it turns out I bought it with his help .
