We purchased our home from Geoff Roach in 2005. Recently we decided to sell, and after discussing the sale with another agent, decided to approach Geoff to sell the home for us. He offered a reasonable commission rate, and as we had kept in touch over the years we had no reservations about employing him again. Once we decided on our price, we placed it with Geoff for sale, and it was listed on the internet on the Friday - our instructions – no offers, no signage and no open house inspections. The next day Geoff had three viewings, and on the following Monday multiple offers, resulting in us selling in excess of our asking price.
