Geoff kept me updated on the progress of the sale of my house. It went under contract within 2 weeks but there were issues with the purchaser obtaining finance. Geoff kept me informed until it went unconditional. He was competitive with his commission and had low costs with advertising which was a deciding factor with going with him.
