Rose & Geoff where fantastic Geoff had it sold in no time with a price we were really happy with. Rose looked after all the paper work and it all was smooth sailing. We were really pleased with the commission rates and they were always available when ever we needed to speak with them would I recommend them! Absolutely. If you want your house sold with none of the BS that sometimes goes with selling with different agents then these two are the ones to get the job done. Difficult to rate on a Star system, there should be a SEPARATE Review for SELLER/BUYER. If Agent is working for Seller or Buyer. Please consider adding this option. We were the Buyers, and as such really cannot comment on: 1. Market Knowledge ( Met Agents only once, So not in a position to gauge their knowledge of the market.) This would be an appropriate question if you are a Buyer ! Testing their skills and knowledge of the Local Market etc. 2. Negotiation ( Negotiation = Agent is representing the Seller, so they are trying to get the best possible price for their client) OVERALL = Geoff and Rose were friendly and engaging and returned emails promptly. We do not have a bad word to say. Kept us informed and went out of their way to be available when required. We would have no hesitation in recommending Geoff and Rose. If you are looking on the internet at houses and they were listed as one of the Agents selling the property, then I would choose Geoff and Rose over any other. Having dealt with other Agents on Bribie in the past, we have definitely steered AWAY from certain others that have been listed as Agent for the sale of the property, as we have found them " not so engaging" to put it nicely.
