Apart from my first visit all my communication was via phone/ email. I was given clear information about the sale process and costs. I thought the initial suggested and advertised price was a bit too optimistic as the market had slowed down and this was reflected in the final sale price. Reports were sent regularly showing viewer interest and my questions or advice on sale information was acted upon quickly. The final sale price was negotiated professionally and was compatible with the market at the time. No problems with the transaction.
