This was a wonderful and very enlightening experience. I engaged Geoff Smith to market my property after he gave me a very credible explanation of what to expect regarding price and the processes involved in selling my home. Consequently my home sold for a much higher price ( within the range Geoff had estimated ) than I expected, with the 60 day settlement I preferred and it took all of 5 days from start to finish. I appreciated the action on the sale of my unit but once the sale had been agreedI felt that you had got your sale and commission and didnt want to deal with meany more. There was no assistance in finding new accommodation even though I was promised the world at the start of precedings. Would I recommend LJ Hooker at Frankston to any body looking for an agent? NO WAY!!
