George was brilliant from the very beginning point right up to the sale and beyond. He sourced someone to assist with renovations, he fixed issues with the property and helped get it in great condition, ready for sale. He was communicative re interested vendors and helped to achieve a quick sale at a great price, after the first open weekend. Very happy with the service.
George made sure my property was at its best when it came to placing it on the market. From the front garden which needed a good tidy up to fixing the sprinkler system and then pressure washing the driveway which made it look like brand new. He also suggested painting the interior and hiring an interior dresser to bring it up to date which I definitely feel paid dividends in the sale price. Whether it came to keeping me up to date with the sale price of similar properties in the area or speaking to him almost daily letting me know how many we had attending open inspections to how many had placed offers. In closing I can not rate George highly enough with the standard of professionalism in the way he conducts his business.
