Purchasing the house through George, he made ease of business a priority as he opened the house mid week when my partner and I were available and answered any emails or requests very promptly. Which goes a long way to selling the property as there were a another couple properties we were considering, but his quick response pushed the sale as long which took away the slower response of the opposition properties. George is very professional and good at what he does. Although he can come across as a bit too smooth, he works hard and communicates regularly. He handles all stakeholders involved well, including other agents managing the rental, tenants, prospective buyers and conveyancers. We've bought and sold through him and would use him again. George is experienced and closed the deal when we had ourselves become resigned to riding out the market. He also gave me genuine practical advice which potentially meant he may not have sold the property and would miss making money out of it. That gives him a lot of credibility.
