Sold when not expecting to sell in a slow market

George is very professional and good at what he does. Although he can come across as a bit too smooth, he works hard and communicates regularly. He handles all stakeholders involved well, including other agents managing the rental, tenants, prospective buyers and conveyancers. We've bought and sold through him and would use him again. George is experienced and closed the deal when we had ourselves become resigned to riding out the market. He also gave me genuine practical advice which potentially meant he may not have sold the property and would miss making money out of it. That gives him a lot of credibility.
