It was a pleasure to deal with George as we sold our property in Yarraville. He had an excellent feel for the market, gave good advice in terms of how to present the house and was realistic in terms of the expected price range . What we appreciated most was his ability to find a vendor prior the campaign beginning and was able to secure a price that exceeded our expectations and was very strong versus previous sales in the area.
