I originally wrote a review before I had the full story of our experience with George. Truth be told he is useless. I could not get a hold of him on the phone until our offer was accepted he had never bothered to call me once through any negotiations. Every time I called he would reply via email. I can't figure out if it was a lack of confidence to actually verbally negotiate or he is just lazy. Either way I wouldn't want him selling my house and I wish I hadn't brought one through him. George is everything you are warned to expect from a snake salesman. He lied through his teeth about everything he could leaving us with a difficult decision on more than one occasion, one being an hour before a cut off was to accept conditions being met ensuring we take his word for it, he manipulated situations and limited/pushed back his availability knowing our personal situation and that we had limited time frames and couldn't push back our settlement date. Not only does he lie, he also doesn't listen or keep his word on very simple requests even when they are related to privacy and confidentiality. I thought it necessary to amend my review because you should be able to trust your real estate agent whether your buying or selling. And you can't trust this guy. Also he still hasn't picked up his sign - it's facing the other way but ready for you to pick it up George. Don't litter.
