We recently purchased a house listed through Robert James reality and George was the agent. Throughout the negotiations we found George to be friendly yet professional and always answered our questions promptly. I highly recommend George and this agency if you are thinking about buying or selling.
George is very professional . He takes the time to get to know both his clients and their property and sold our home in six weeks, spot on time to meet the terms of the new home we had under contract. George is market savvy, reliable, persistent, patient and likeable. He is always available to his clients and has the knack of combining professionalism with genuine friendliness. We unhesitatingly recommend George and Robert James Realty to you.
George was great to talk to at the home open and provided us with relevant useful information about the area. During the offer process George’s communication was very good between us and the seller. In the end George assisted us to make the purchase easy to work through. Many Thanks.

We couldn’t be happier with our agent “George”! He is a genuine realtor. He is professional, easy to communicate with, very knowledgeable and answered any questions we had... we had a few! Overall we are so pleased to have ended up with such a stress free overall experience buying our first home! Thank you George! We give you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent!
George showed outstanding efforts through a very difficult sale. George approached us after we had failed to sell our house during covid19 with another agency. George gave endless dedication, huge amounts of effort and SOLD our house. He was very committed to making sure we sold and presented multiple offers and contracts. Unfortunately some of these crashed due to other circumstances, however this never defeated George. He found the right buyer and SOLD our home within the time frame he challenged himself with. We were selling for the first time and George really was there for us answering multiple questions. He was friendly, professional and good at his job. We will 100% go through George again. He even helped up with buying our new house to help make all the transitions smooth. Thanks George. We are endlessly happy.
