What i liked about George was that he did a lot of listening before talking.Having George out a few months prior to listing to get an idea of the market,i left it for a few months until i ran into George in town and decided to list though i was about to go away for a month so ran George through how i would like the property advertised,signed up and left.George did all the copy/photos/advertising.About a week later i received a message from George and advised that the property was sold if happy with the offer.Offer accepted and sold to a lovely couple Jason and Nikola who are not moving up in immediately have left tenants in place and my cattle are still have a home.So couldnt ask for a better result for all.I cant recommend George highly enough

As a result we interacted with a number of Real Estate agents in the Noosa area. Many were pleasant, a few were helpful to our cause and some were "used car salesmen". The two main reasons that we would recommend George to any prospective buyer or seller are: (a) He does his homework. Many agents just didn't know the details of the property they were selling; "get back to you on that", "I'll find out" being common replies. George obviously went the extra yard and could explain all; from solar panels and water storage to plant types. (b) He's in for the long haul. George does not want someone to be disappointed whether they bought or sold a home. I know that he is still in touch with the previous owners; checking on their new lifestyle. Nice. He also contacts us regularly checking that all is well and even helped with starting a pump that I had forgotten how to operate. Every time we drive past a Hargraves sign with Georges' dial we give a thumbs up.

It was a big decision to sell my house, and it was great to see a familiar face - George Andrews when I decided to contact Hargrave Real Estate. Everyone told me that I wouldn't have any trouble selling my house and George had quite a few prospective buyers who loved the house even before the open house. In the end I had 3 signed contracts to choose from and was able to insist on my price. All in two weeks!!
I'm a pretty critical person but I have no doubts George was the right person to sell our beloved home. He's not a slick salesman, he's just someone who found his calling in truly understanding what buyers want and he used that to help them - and us by selling our home quickly at a better price than expected.
