When we first contacted George he patiently listened to our story and thoroughly toured the house and the acre of land. Then, calmly and quietly, he made suggestions that helped highlight the strengths of the property and more importantly, he made insightful suggestions on what to address to take away any possible concerns or objections prospective buyers might find. None of the suggestions were hard or even costly, but they were all impactful. George then proceeded to bring in buyers for inspections and he carefully followed up with all of them to gauge their level of interest. He brought in three valid offers within one week and we quickly settled with the perfect buyers. George was a delight to work with; he never pressured us or gave us any reason to be nervous about the prospect of selling our home. George is your best choice by far.

George was incredibly helpful and patient when dealing with our unusual circumstances of not only buying sight unseen from overseas but also both of us buyers were in separate countries. This also added to the complexity of buying a property that we wanted to secure, as both our future family home but also as an initial investment property. We originally contacted George 18 months ago for a different property but our circumstances weren't ideal for buying then, however when we called up about this new property he remembered us and our unique situation. He also fully took the time to understand what our needs were and pivoted us from a less than desirable property and showed us something in the same price bracket, but much more suitable to us an Australian family, living abroad with no known time on when we will return. The property suits our needs as both an investment and a future family home, and he never felt like we were just another commission to him.
