Our experience was absolutely sensational from day one. Elliot and George went above and beyond at every stage. We couldn't recommend them highly enough, both as a team and individually. In a very slow market they worked every angle to achieve a great result, while maintaining flawless communication skills through the entire campaign. I'm generally VERY averse to dealing with Real Estate agents as they always seem to quickly get on my nerve. However, Elliot and George both have superior interpersonal skills and were able to successfully tread where many, many other inner-East agents had failed.

He kept ownership of all interactions with potential buyers and who he thought were genuine buyers came through as bidders. We got what we wanted from the sale despite challenging conditions, and I have no doubt this came down to George’s follow up and negotiation with potential buyers. Timing for selling this prime apartment was unfortunately at it’s worst. However, George worked tirelessly to get a result. A pleasure to work with and really relieved that he could get this over the line.
