I met with a lot of real estate agents whilst looking for a house to buy, and I must say that George was head shoulders above the rest in my experience. This was due mainly to his comunication and knowledge of the industry. I bought a house at auction, and although scary at first, he contacted me every few days to guide me through the process and make me feel at ease. I was far more confident of the day due to this. He sat with me at the auction, and even though he was representing the seller, he made sure that I was comfortable and understood everything that was going on. I had to clarify a few things, and he patiently went over details again. None of the other agents were anywhere near as thorough as George, and if I was selling my house, he'd be the first agent I'd call. Overall, I'm extremely happy with my experience with George and Ray White Real Estate.

Brooke Wegener and George Devic ran a flawless campaign with a laser sharp focus on getting the best result for our sale. The result is a game changer for our family. It exceeded anything we thought was possible and we are truly grateful. We know that the final result is not entirely in anyone's control, but we also know that George, Brooke and the team worked their socks off during the campaign. They built the platform that the auction could launch from and kept giving it energy right until the hammer fell. We already had a relationship with Brooke and wanted to use her, even though our property in Seaford wasn't within her usual "territory". To address our concerns she also brought in George, who worked with her throughout the campaign. They did everything they said they would and were extremely responsive, reliable and transparent. No question is too curly or off limits. Every suggestion and decision has a basis. George was happy to spend time addressing any questions and concerns we had. Ray White Frankston do the best photos and videos of any agent we have come across and their stylist is second to none. We did pay a little more on marketing/styling than the other agents we interviewed but they didn't get us to do anything we didn't need to do. Everything they asked us to do had a sold reason behind it and really paid off. We were so happy with the result we awarded Brooke and George with bonus commission in addition to the agreed amount.
