From day one George has shown professionalism, in his knowledge of the area and what the expected sale prices are, communication has been consistent as to what was happening. Had two open house inspections within 1 week ( Wed and Sat) and an offer was made on the 2nd open house, which I was surprised at, as I thought it would be on the market for weeks.
