My decision wasn't simply based on the nicely presented marketing material from the various real estate agencies or referrals from friends. I wanted to know for sure the agent who represents my property is the best person for the job. For a couple of months, I went to view properties as a potential buyer to get an understanding of the service levels given to the buyers.
